If you like convenience, friendliness, and safety, this is the place for you. I have lived here for 2+ years and absolutely love my studio apartment. The staff is always helpful (kudos to Mike, the maintenance man and his kindness). My apartment is spacious with large windows, air conditioning, washer and dryer in the apartment and a large walk in closet. The place is pet friendly with a dog park, that has just been upgraded, in the courtyard. Swimming pool, BBQ area, and nice seating areas in the courtyard. I really appreciate the updated safety features of the downtown location (great restaurants in walking distance). I could go on but just want to sum it up by saying: I really enjoy my stay and am planning on renewing my lease.

I’ve lived here for 8 months and have enjoyed maybe 1 of them. A month ago I would have rated zero stars but recent management has made some positive changes that I believe, if continued, could positively impact the living experience here. I would not choose to live here again and likely will not resign. Hoping with continued improvement by the new management and maintenance staff (who are very kind and helpful) that this may become the great place it was advertised to be.

This downtown apartment is ideally located within walking distance of numerous local attractions. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a well-maintained dog park and a two-story underground parking garage—a significant convenience for avoiding ice and snow during the winter months. The complex also features a seasonal pool and a fitness center equipped with all the essentials. Under the leadership of the new manager, Elizabeth, the property has seen significant improvements, with many updates and repairs being handled with increased efficiency. Furthermore, Mike and the maintenance team are highly responsive, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. I couldn’t be happier living and staying here fits my life perfectly continently close to work. Can go out without have to drive anywhere on the weekends.

Elizabeth, Lisa, and Mike have all been amazing! No matter how seemingly ridiculous the request, I know that they'll take good care of us. Been a joy living here!

My experience so far has been more than wonderful! I moved two states away and Lisa was so helpful with all the emails and phone calls ensuring me all the way through and helping me with any questions I had at any time! The punctuality I have received from maintenance and the building manager Elizabeth has been awesome and truly made the move an easy transition. The apartment is beautiful with so much natural light new carpets and paint to add to the fresh start. Thank you guys for all you’ve done thus far!

These apartments are very beautiful, in a convenient area surrounded by historical buildings. The property manager Elizabeth is super nice and always helpful with any questions. The assistant manager Lisa is always prompt on response time and communication, which is always appreciated. Mike the maintenance supervisor is super nice and easy to talk to, always cracking jokes and always on top of work orders being put in! Very dependable and the property looks amazing since he started!

Lincoln Place has been home for me for several years and I have been happy living here. The apartments are spacious and give adequate storage space. Love the convenient location to downtown, which is walking distance to many eateries and shops. Having the pool and covered BBQ area, along with the other amenities have been a plus, as I have used these amenities several times to entertain my guest that visit me. Also want to mention that Elizabeth, Lisa, and Mike have been doing a great job in improvements and making Lincoln Place a comfortable place to call home.

I have lived here for 2 years now and I have to say the new management and maintenance staff have been so phenomenal! They are so sweet and help with any problem that I have! We are so grateful to have them!

i’ve lived here for three years and over the past year with the new maintenance staff and the new manager in the office things Have gotten so much better than the previous years! Lisa, Elizabeth and Mike are fantastic!

Great location, management is great at communication, surprisingly quiet. Happy to live here.
