do not apply here, I applied to one Apartment that I called to make sure it was available and two days after I applied I was informed that the apartment was un available. I spend $50 that they won't refund and want me to apply to another apartment that is 1. more expensive and 2. another $50, save your money and go somewhere else.

This was a much more pleasant place to live when we weren't constantly getting paper notices and emails threatening lease violations for every little thing under the sun, from someone smoking in their unit down the hall (which they also threatened us with 🚩surprise unit inspections🚩 for), or having too many garbage bags outside your unit for pick up.

The manager made promises that were not kept because she left between the time I spoke with her and when I actually moved in. And, the place is not kept up as it should have been over the years. I lived here 7 years and ago and it has gone down hill since then. Disappointing! The assistant manager seems to be doing the best she can but things have not happened as I expected them to.

Had a leak in my second bathroom, reported it on a Thursday morning but no one showed up until Monday afternoon.

I love living here. The one suggestion I have is about communication - I think it could be better, as in the recent water issues. I think it would have been helpful if you had put out information about what was going on and what was being done about it instead of letting the rumor mill give out information. Thanks for all you do! As an update, I think that the communication and attempts to enhance resident relations have been excellent . I have really appreciated the notices about events, and the social events! I recently had issues with my washing machine and I was very appreciative of the help I got from the office and maintenance staff
