I'm so disappointed. Just renewed my lease thinking this place was starting to turn into around after they finally cleaned the carpets, but I made a terrible decision. The big issue: Security. Doors to the floors are broken and have been FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. I have had severely intoxicated people 10 feet away from my apartment door and someone tried to follow me into my place. Absolutely unbelievable. Staff if always quick to address, but this should have never been a problem to begin with. I've seen police here often escorting people out, there was an instance this winter of someone pulled a fire alarm and I've been panhandled multiple times just walking into the lobby. I don't have a problem with the people in these instances, but how dare the ownership advertise a secure building and charge as such? Turn over: I don't know how these owners treat people, but it's obviously awful. We can't have a property manager for more than 8 months. Pool: the pool was messed up last year.... the pool is worse this year. Fully green before it was drained. I have had an opportunity to swim twice this entire season which is fully unacceptable for what we pay Communal areas: the community room is always locked there is never any soap in the gym bathrooms (so f*ing gross) coffee station is consistently broken and/or out of coffee Outdoor fire pits do not work. On top of that, the outdoor area is dirty and reeks of urine. Grills barely work are filthy. Elevator: Gets stuck at p2 inconsistently. Great when you're bringing in the groceries. "Luxury amenities"- Cool, there's dishwashers and washer dryers in unit. These are the cheapest ones on the market. You cannot put dish detergent into the slots because they bought out some manufacturer error batch. w/d are the bottom of the line And trust me, if I could get out of my lease without owing these people my first born I 100% would. I'll update in 6 months if there's any improvement, but highly doubt it

Never received a check list when moved in, seeing that's a frequent problem from the reviews. Not the friendliest staff . None of the amenities are open or works other than the limited gym. During my move out my family showed up to help. All of the trash cans in the building were over flowing with maggots.. when addressed to management nothing was done and there was no response. Wish management understood how much people spent to liklve there and would have more respect for residents. Sad.

They never gave me a move in checklist, and now that it's too late I'm seeing all sorts of hard to see yet expensive looking defects that could cost thousands of dolars. Hopefully I won't need to get s lawyer.

Decent location, but your animals are gonna end up eating debris, chocolate, or thumb tacks which seems to appear along every place to walk your dogs. I'd rate maintenance less than one star, they are hiring people off the street and offering them rent deductions for no experience. Possible thefts from the shady maintenance team as well. Thrown in with this, everyone smokes cigarettes in there apartments and or weed. Not a big deal since we're in Colorado, but cigarettes stink. Easily one of the worst places to live if you want what you pay for. Which is clean facilities that aren't randomly locked for a week because maintenance isn't working, general maintenance being carried out, and a *secure* building. Which is not the case on any front.

Pool has been closed due to “weather” for 2 weeks now. Even on nice and sunny days. Leasing office never answers the phone and if they do it’s with attitude. No cameras in the parking garage where homeless go to the bathroom and break into cars. Even when you pay 60 bucks a month for parking. Ridiculous fees, always a mess and smells nasty, homeless sleeping in lobby’s. If you plan on moving here for the amenities don’t! This IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT. Poorly managed and just unfriendly staff. Also my former neighbors have all told me none of them got security deposits back and extra fees on top of it. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! OPEN UP THE POOL THATS ALL WE WANT!!!

On a positive note, we loved the location and probably would have stayed, but unfortunately the ownership is not taking care of the facility and it is getting really run down. The pictures on the website are not an accurate representation. Security is lacking and the cameras do not work. Not really sure why. Homeless people are in the lobby and other areas during the winter, and create a mess and problems. The place is grossly understaffed and there is too much work for the team to address. Wish things were better as we really loved the location.

Management staff has high turnover. Some have been "okay". Some will literally laugh at you for bringing problems to their attention. Expect your security deposit to be thrown away. Don't expect timely repairs. Maintenance team is poorly trained. Scheduled repairs or inspections may waste your entire week, there will be surprise inspections and you will not receive useful communication regarding maintenance visits. Fire alarms will trigger randomly on alternating months. When it occurs, it may happen multiple times each day or week. Potential residents with dogs will want to pay extra attention to locations where dogs are allowed to relieve themselves. The good: central Loveland location. Good walking distance to local businesses, especially if you enjoy alcohol. Edit: In response to the Lincoln Place Apartments' management comment: When I lived there, I made the problems that I had with living there known to the management staff and maintenance staff several times and received harsh feedback more than half of the time. You all had your chances to handle the complaints that I've presented to you. This post is meant to assist future residents and/or future applicants to live in the Lincoln Place Apartments establishment. Good luck fixing the problems with future residents, but I am done providing you people with more information.
