Lincoln Place Apartments, Loveland, CO There seems to be an issue with poor maintenance on this building. We are told that corporate management is not interested in complaints . There is puddles of what seems to be animal urine at the parking lot doors and stairs and entrances to the restaurants. Many plants and trees have died around the building. The stair wells are very seldom cleaned. The building staff tells us they cannot do anything about the complaints since it needs to go through the corporate management.

Its not what it seams! if you are looking into getting a place here do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. most of the office staff is rude at best, they lose delivered packages, extremely incompetent, give out false information and they will do anything to squeeze another penny from you. Management even put up notices around building telling residents to follow people home who dont pick up their dog poop and turn them in for a 25$ reward. I'm not sure if that is even exactly legal to do. I honestly never write reviews but this place takes the cake as the worst ever!!!!

I'm nearing the end of a year lease at Lincoln Place, and unless I simply can't find anything else, I won't be staying. Don't get me wrong, I like my apartment. It was clean when I got there, has a nice view, I never hear my neighbors and I liked the layout. But, and this is a big but, the onsite staff is horrible. They are nice enough when you talk to them, but they hardly ever follow through with anything and they never seem to be there. This has been a huge problem for me because I'm often out of town and never know if I can reach them if there is an issue or if they will take care of it if I do. For example, while I was out of town they left a package, worth over a thousand dollars, sitting on my doorstep for two weeks after I called and asked to have it put in the office. Maintenance also seems pretty lacking as the hot tub hasn't worked for an entire year and hallway doors have been broken several times. For the price you pay, the apartment itself could be better, the interior paint is shoddy and I still have a gap in my window frame, sealed with a washcloth... If these kind of problems wouldn't bother you for a $900 a month one bedroom then go for it, but I think I've had enough.

So over priced for what you get and the hallways are always dirty, the staff that you deal with are "fake" pleasant and the apartments are cheaply put together. There are to many wrong things than right at the Lincoln Place apartments

When I first moved in, the people in the office were amazing and the property was well kept. I definitely would have recommended moving in here then. Now that the complex has changed ownership, maintenance and service have gone down hill fast. The hallways always smell and the grounds are not maintained. The lights in the courtyard were always on and came through the blinds no matter what. It was extremely difficult to get a good nights rest. I would not live here again or recommend this place to anyone. You don't get what you pay for.

Maintenance was a joke, hallways were perpetually dirty, smelly, and dark. The apartments look nice outside but are built so shoddy and cheap on the inside. The cabinets are a joke, carpet is nasty, appliances are mediocre, and in general the apartments are in very used condition. If you are unlucky enough to live on the first floor be prepared to put up blinds so you can get a good night's sleep because the lights in the pool area are always on. I did not have pets there but there were a ton of people who have LARGE dogs. The dogs are an annoyance because their owners will not ever pick up their poop. Be prepared for crap on the sidewalk, in all of the garden areas, and the occasional mess in the hallways and stairwell. People also smoke in the stairwell and entrances. Be prepared for noise in the summer months as there is always some idiot in the pool area with a stereo blasting away. Another "feature" would be their trash chutes which always smell absolutely abhorrent, honestly how much would an automated air freshener cost for the chutes??? Overall I wish I had never rented there because you WILL NOT get what you pay for. Management is a joke, the office ladies are snooty, elitist, and are almost never there. Lets put it this way if you go down to the office there have been multiple occasions where no one was present and the doors to where records are kept are open. You pay $900ish a month for a one bedroom apartment that is maybe worth renting at about $450 a month. Complete Ripoff. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live.
