Maintenance was a joke, hallways were perpetually dirty, smelly, and dark. The apartments look nice outside but are built so shoddy and cheap on the inside. The cabinets are a joke, carpet is nasty, appliances are mediocre, and in general the apartments are in very used condition. If you are unlucky enough to live on the first floor be prepared to put up blinds so you can get a good night's sleep because the lights in the pool area are always on. I did not have pets there but there were a ton of people who have LARGE dogs. The dogs are an annoyance because their owners will not ever pick up their poop. Be prepared for crap on the sidewalk, in all of the garden areas, and the occasional mess in the hallways and stairwell. People also smoke in the stairwell and entrances. Be prepared for noise in the summer months as there is always some idiot in the pool area with a stereo blasting away. Another "feature" would be their trash chutes which always smell absolutely abhorrent, honestly how much would an automated air freshener cost for the chutes??? Overall I wish I had never rented there because you WILL NOT get what you pay for. Management is a joke, the office ladies are snooty, elitist, and are almost never there. Lets put it this way if you go down to the office there have been multiple occasions where no one was present and the doors to where records are kept are open. You pay $900ish a month for a one bedroom apartment that is maybe worth renting at about $450 a month. Complete Ripoff. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live.
