Overall just a bad place to live. The management team is horrible, the manger is rude and very defensive anytime you try to communicate. The place is...

Towed my car. I am a resident, did not warn me and then rudely hung up on me when I asked why I was not given even at least a note on my car my car is being serviced and I’ve had to use a family members car, which I was going to register today. Not renewing my lease here they are not friendly.

It is time for a positive review. I have lived here for over 2 years and the earlier negative reviews were well deserved with so many things being in significant disrepair and in need of serious attention. And then Colby showed up (Current Manager)! I understand she has a reputation of being a fixer, which this place absolutely needed Since her arrival we have seen: - Cleaning! They have power washed the outdoor areas and interior stairwells. - Painting - the exterior of the building has been repaired and painted. - Customer Service - the office is FINALLY on top of things. I had been trying to get a billing issue resolved for months with the previous staff and it only took 10 minutes for the new team to resolve it. - Security Improvements - Locks have been repaired, more cameras. - Community Engagement - we now have frequent opportunities to meet the other residents through pizza parties, cookie exchanges, gift wrapping stations and more. - As I write this they are completely refurbishing two outdoor staircases which were in need of attention. - Xfinity Internet Discount - I am saving about $50 a month thanks to a community discount. Up until about 6 months ago I was telling people I loved my apartment but nothing else about this place. I now would recommend Lincoln Place as a nice place to live. Chris W.

I've been living here for a few months now and I was fairly satisfied with the complex. There's an area for dogs and the location is convenient to access Loveland's downtown scene. The apartment itself had its issues in the beginning but I've been able to notice a stark difference since Colby Weight took over as the PM. She's been able to implement quite a few changes not only regarding the cleanliness of the complex but also towards communicating with us the residents about upcoming changes / issues. I'd recommend this place again and again and I'm excited to see where Colby and her team take things in the coming months or years.

Oh let’s add that we no longer get access to trash because they have locked the trash rooms and do not give us access to dumpsters. We pay close to 3k and they’re more focused on taking away basic amenities than they are fixing security issues like the doors that do not lock to get to the apartments like they are supposed to. Ridiculous. Someone needs to have a serious conversation with the management of this building. “Luxury”? Maybe for the mice. That’s not to mention the fire department responding for carbon monoxide leaking into the apartment. The management is worthless. There’s dog piss and fecal matter all in the hallways. The railing in the elevator has not been connected in over a year. There are leaks that have been going on for more than 6 months. “Maintenance” looks and acts about as worthless as this building is. AVOID.

The move in day was horrible! Movers didn't show up, found different company. Hard to find parking for truck, resident backed into my car in parking garage and then my car died and I needed AAA. 🙃 But after it was all done I am very pleased and happy to have joined this community. It is so pleasant and I am looking forward to happy days here.

Lincoln Place Apartments is one of the most poorly managed and maintained apartments I've lived in. Everyone's recent reviews speak the truth: the building is horribly rundown and staffing is awful about high turnover. People are moving out left and right because it's NOT WORTH IT. First note: THIS IS NOT A SECURE COMPLEX. No matter what tales the leasing office spins for you, nearly everything is broken. Most of the door locks to the resident floors don't work, and the doors leading from the deck and pool down to the sidewalk are also broken. The office knows about this and claimed they were getting a new system, but it has yet to materialize after literal months of waiting. Homeless people are everywhere here - they'll sleep in the lobby and stairwells and will yell at you (and staff) in the parking garage. One guy even pulled the fire alarm back in November late at night. On that note, the fire alarms go off way more than in any other apartment I've lived in. Annoyingly enough, they're always at night and never for any good reason. The fire department is across the street, but they still take a while to turn them off. Here are also some key points I think all potential residents should know. I've pulled quotes from their website to highlight all the inaccuracies. Don't believe the photos on their website for a second. "From the moment you enter the covered parking garage..." The garage (which you pay $40 a month for) is consistently full of homeless people sleeping in it or digging through the overflowing trash cans. People leave furniture outside like a dump, blocking handicapped parking spots. I've also heard some people's cars have been broken into. There's no security guard consistently patrolling (don't let the leasing office fool you). There's also no guest parking so you have to find some on the street or risk getting towed. "To an after-work soak in our soothing spa." There is no spa. I don't even know where they got this from. "Spend an afternoon relaxing on a lounge chair in the sunshine by our sparkling swimming pool." The pool is drained right now, but it was an algae-filled green mess. Maintenance has no idea how to clean and maintain it. This "luxury amenity" was probably the only nice thing we've had here and it's been closed consistently throughout the summer. I'm upset I pay this much without anything to show for it. "Pet-friendly" This place is NOT pet-friendly. The dog walk is disgusting, reeking of pee and complete with piles of dog poop. People often don't pick up after their animals, leaving it a mess for the rest of us. Very few green areas nearby on loud, busy streets. It took them MONTHS to fix the broken south elevator, it finally tells you what floor you're on after having to guess before. The north lobby always reeks of garbage, like something crawled in there and died. Your appliances are absolutely ancient. The dishwasher looks like it was salvaged out of an apartment in the 90s, and so does the fridge. The "cherry wood cabinets" are cheap and laminate. Countertops are bubbling and old. To top it all off, you're charged for pretty much every little thing possible, including a "common area maintenance" (CAM) fee. I have no clue what they're conducting maintenance on, because it's clearly nothing in this building. It's been $40 a month consistently, with nothing to show for it. Long story short, save your money and literally go anywhere else. The management company does not care about this place. Kenny, the wonderful maintenance man and only highlight of this establishment, quit because it, and I quote, "Made me too depressed." I'm also depressed, and very glad I'm leaving soon.
