This building goes through so many owners and management companies that dealing with problems is difficult. I feel really bad for the staff but these aren't luxury apartments. A lot of amenities are always out of service and they cancel services while still increasing fees and rent when your lease comes up for renewal. The pet policy may seem flexible but that is just so they can charge you more and claim damages when you move out. I will never recommend this building to friends after my experience.

Absolutely horrible management. The building and apartments themselves are great, wonderful location, but they are completely ruined by the property management company and office staff. I have not had many encounters with the maintenance staff so I can not fairly comment on them. However, I have had plenty of contact with the leasing office. The "manager" is never present. I've talked to him on the phone and via email but have never had the pleasure of meeting him because he is either "at a conference," "in a meeting," or "gone because he works all the time." It doesn't matter what day or time, he is never available. Yet he is the only one that can supposedly help and answer resident's questions. He obviously avoids confrontation at all costs and uses his leasing agents and assistant manager as his gatekeepers so he doesn't actually have to do his job and speak to residents. What a joke. I feel sorry for the other office staff members because they have to go through him to do anything and he won't even do his job properly.

i'm loving the fact that they are remodeling this Felicity. The pool are is looking amazing. Will be having and out door fire pit and a little dog area for the dogs to enjoy themselves as well. Perfect area for a walk to the library , park, Recreation Center and eateries around here.

The location y newly remodeled apartments are great. Although the building may still be going through some transitions, the staff are patient, professional, y friendly. If looking for a place in Loveland, I would certainly recommend contacting the leasing staff.

Being close to downtown is a very good thing. An the pros stop there, between the piss stains on the carpet an dog mess EVERYWHERE to a point where I dnt...

3 different management companies in a year and a half. Was told our deposit transitioned with us when we went to a larger apartment to find out it never did and they didn't return what was left is security deposit actually charged us more
