I stopped in this weekend to have a tour and a rude woman at the front desk was so dismissive of me when I came in to learn about possibly renting from...

Great place to live as far as location. however, the maintenance guy that lives on 3rd floor. Is by far the most unprofessional employed member of staff on the property. He has on multiple occasions been rude and harrased me. I use the call box to gain access to my floor by calling my apartment number. That call box then dials my cellphone so I can enter a number which will give me access to my floor if I didn't have my key phob on me. The maintenance guy entered the elevator at the same time I pressed my acceptance code on my phone to gain access to my floor. He accused me of rushing on elevator and that I had to wait for call box before I could gain access. I explained that I didn't, that I called my apartment number which calls my cell to gain access. He blatantly ignored me and then rudely cut me off and condescending said "I know how the system works, I don't need to hear it from you!!!" He assumed I was lying, and continued on about how I rushed on. I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude and he raised his voice and said" I don't give a DAMN if you don't like my attitude, you don't live here I DO and I work here. I told him I do live here as I proceed to my door to unlock it. He gets even louder and says " what appartment then? and before I get the chance to say what appartment number he cuts me off and says "that's what I thought, you don't live here!!" I don't appreciate how your maintenance employee treats Tennant's that live here. . I literally felt unwelcomed, unimportant, belittled, and uncomfortable to be anywhere near this maintenance employee in fear of being mistreated again. I feel as though he should be retrained on professionilsm, how to properly conduct himself and his use of language while engaging with other tenants. He is supposed to be a representation of your business and I am sure you don't want other tenants, and future tenants witnessing his unprofessionalism or having to experience what I went through.

Don't waste your time, its more of a to good to be true place. Then comes all the fees and questions they can't answer..seems to me like money is more of what they're worried about. My move out total was around $3,000 and they can threaten to put me in collections all they want. How ridiculous of a management. The rent doesn't compare to such basic place of living.

I continue to be excited to live at Lincoln Place Apartments! It is my home and I am so grateful to be able to say that! I give 4 stars, because, like any place I have ever lived, there is always room to improve, but I see and notice that the management is trying very hard to make improvements as fast as they are able. Thank you for that and the hard work you put in to communication with us and the promptness of caring for our requests. I love that I know so many of my neighbors here and that almost everyone I run in to, has a cool story to share. So many people to connect with here at Lincoln Place!

I visit these apartment often and find it to be a great place to live! Friendly staff, it seems everyone works hard to maintain the building. Great central location with lots of interesting areas to walk. Several top quality Loveland restaurants and art galleries within walking distance. Inside parking for residence, pool, gym and community rooms. Wide halls and elevator always clean. Security is a priority for staff and residents.

I give lincoln place apartments a one star because of the manger she is rude and can never answer your questions or help you with problems. She closed the pool early in the season. She writes nasty notes to the whole building in red ink reminding you of the many strick rules they have in place. If you receive a complaint from another neighbor the manger tells you there is nothing they can do to settle the issue that you have to handle it on your own. Good luck getting your deposit back. Even if you have the place cleaned they charge you for cleaning and everything else. The time I lived there I watched tons of people move in and out with same issues with management and being over charged. They also charge you for a trash service That has very strick hours and days and how the trash can be bagged. My experience there was nothing grand. Do not waste your money on this over priced apartment.

The location is nice. My apartment itself was nice. However, in the almost 4 years I've lived there, they have gone through about 6 different apartment managers, numerous leasing office employees, and numerous property service companies. None of which have been competent. I will start with the very first bad experience I had with the apartment. I haven't even moved in yet, and one of the employees called me to confirm my moving-in date. She asked if I have seen the apartment I will be living in. I never got a call from anyone to discuss the apartment I would be living in, so I said, no. She asked if I was aware that is was a handicap-equipped apartment. I notified her that I did not need a handicap-equipped apartment and I did not want one. I had to leave work to come and check out the apartment they intended on moving me into. Sure enough, it was handicap equipped. The carpet was also just cleaned but still looked horrible. I was not impressed or satisfied. I had to wait a week and half to get into another apartment because of a mistake on their end. The more important thing about this whole incident is that they were going to rent out a handicap-equipped apartment to someone who is not handicapped and does not need the extra assistance. I never looked into it, but I wouldn't be surprised if that would be a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The general maintenance of the property is horrible, especially when they claim the property is "luxury apartments." I lived on the 3rd floor and the carpets in the hallways needed to be replaced for about two years. I've complained to multiple leasing staff employees. I've been told, We're working on it, for the past two years. If the stains were just normal little spills, I wouldn't have been so insistent. But there are areas in the hallway where there are streaks of stains spanning for a couple feet. I assumed someone's garbage bag leaked and they never bothered to clean it up. In one area on the 3rd floor hallway there is a blue stain, which I have no idea what it could be. I know leasing office employees walk the halls of the property, I've seen them, but still nothing has been done about stains on the hallway carpets. The "landscaping" outside surrounding the apartment is embarrassing. I used quotes because landscaping is nonexistent. There are huge empty flower pots around the building with nothing in them but trash and old mulch. If you have a dog, your poor dog gets to do its business on the dirty, old mulch they have around the property. I am pretty sure the mulch is as old as the building, 12+ years old. Some dog owners clean their dog's business up, others don't, but you can say that for everywhere. There have been times where a dog has had an accident in a stairwell and the owner never bothered to clean it up. What a nice thing to come upon when you are just getting home from work! (I felt bad for the dog, really, to have an owner who doesn't clean up after them.) I have made several visits to the leasing office because of this issue. On certain days you also can smell the lovely smell of the dirty mulch areas that are saturated with the urine of probably hundreds of dogs. How nice! To be fair, I believe they installed a doggie park in the courtyard a few months ago, which I'm sure will not be maintained. By the way, I do not have a dog, but love them. Once I was finally all moved out of my apartment this past February, I had a huge wave of relief. Unfortunately, even after I had moved out, I have had issues with the leasing office. Nothing to do with how I left the apartment, but with my moving-out dues. I had a discrepancy, and it was not dealt with to my satisfaction. Communication from the leasing office was horrible. My experience at Lincoln Place Apartments has unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth for the property services industry. Lost respect, that's for sure. Also, the current property service company, AMC, I believe it's called, also incompetent.
