Why are you emailing me? I have not been a resident for nearly 18 months- because you would not renew my lease... and then you turned around and rented the apartment I lived in for $600 more than I was paying. You ignored my renewal requests in order to charge more. This is to say nothing of the laundry list of other items that were horribly mismanaged in the two years I lived there. I do not have anything nice to say about Lincoln Place. I am likely your loudest vocal opponent in the community; as a local business owner and figurehead, I have told countless people to stay away from Lincoln Place. At no point did anyone ever make an attempt to remedy the fact that I was abruptly forced to relocate purely for purposes of greed. I am far happier and better cared for right across the street at Gallery Flats. Please take me off whatever list still has me as a resident of yours. The fact that I even received this email is further proof that your system is antiquated and your management is inept. I will be sure to tell my friends and colleagues.

We have lived for over a year and love the place. It's our first apartment since the 80’s so not sure if we would like it. We do. We have everything we need and abundant restaurants and activities you can walk to. We have not had any problems with management and neighbors are nice.

I have lived at LP for about a year and a half now and the staff is still incredibly friendly and so willing to help. I always have pleasant interactions with them.
