IT IS ABSOLUTELY MIND BOGGLING THAT THE APARTMENT MANAGER OR MAINTENANCE DOESN'T FEEL THERE IS A NEED TO CLEAN UP THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF DOG CRAP THAT LINES THE SIDEWALK, STREET GUTTERS, EVERYWHERE. If your disgusting residents or staff aren't going to pick it up you can at least hire a company to do so! What is wrong with you guys? Incredibly disrespectful to your neighbors and city. GET IT TOGETHER AND CLEAN UP.

This is a look at the bicycle room. Notice how every single bike has either been stolen or vandalized. This building is not secure. Your bicycles and front doors are as insecure as they would be if you were facing the street. Managements refuses to do anything about it despite making multiple promises.

Bike thefts galore! Management refuses to pay the money to secure access to the building. Consequently, bikes are stolen on a near-weekly basis from the lockup room INSIDE the building. Do not rent here unless you want to live in a place where bike thieves are wandering up and down your halls with bolt-cutters. This is PURELY a management issue. Thieves steal but it’s their responsibility to keep the building secure. DO NOT RENT HERE

I lived at Lincoln Place Apartment for two years. The first management crew was absolutely awful. Stairwells smelled, dog pee was all over the property, I had packages stolen, and having any sort of resident issue addressed was impossible and it felt like the residents were inconvenient to the property manager. Since management has changed, the property has totally flipped. The current management team and maintenance crew at Lincoln Place has contributed greatly to the experience I’ve had living here. I’ve never lived in an apartment where it felt resident concerns and community life were addressed and supported so greatly. The manager sends a monthly newsletter with community events and updates, which has given residents something to look forward to each month. Communication is quick and clear and it feels like the community is actually cared for. The pool and the community is more secure and clean than it’s been since I moved in - the pool is now a place people enjoy!! If I ever move back into an apartment, this will be the location as long as it’s running the way it is now — I will actually miss this apartment which is something I never thought I would say about any apartment complex.

If you like your parking to go from 90 to 150 for two cars, live here! Also they make you pay a 30 dollar fee for internet regardless of whether you want to use your own internet or not. So yeah, if you enjoy your utilities bill going up 150+ dollars, please rent here.

Insanely incompetent management team. This place is an absolute disgusting dump. Hallways smell like trash. Fresh dog piss in the stairways daily. Shared spaces like the pool and gym are absolutely filthy and unusable when they are even open. Fire alarms go off randomly for hours at a time due to faulty pipes that leak every couple of weeks seemingly. Our apartment wasn't cleaned at all when we moved in, boot marks and sunflower seed shells all over the floor, piss spots in the carpet, sticky tiles, light fixtures full of dead bugs and mold. They have both cancelled maintenance request for not answering the door for them and have also tried to just walk in on me without permission. You are an absolute moron if you do not heed the warnings in these reviews. I feel like one for not doing so. Look at reviews from literally 7 years ago making the exact same complaints, with obviously no real attempt from management to fix anything. Look at all of their empty apologies. Edit: Unfortunately I still live here for a few more months until my lease is up. I'm very much not interested in speaking with you incompetents. Again I would like to refer to the reviews that go back SEVEN YEARS with the exact same complaints. New management, same problems. Power washing the stair well isn't very useful when a dog just pisses in it the next day. Some people want to blame it on bad tenants, which I can totally see why, but bad tenants is an issue for management to deal with, no?
