I really enjoy living here, I can leave my apartment and go straight to some resturants and other dinning. Price is fair, pool is nice. Liz the manager and Phillip from maintenance are awesome. They've handled everything. Very happy.

Great place to be Phillip and his maintenance team do great work

Cash / Kash was the person assisting me today! Highly recommend his assistance. He came by within two hours of me placing my maintenance request for my AC and took a look right away!

My husband and I recently visited the Loveland apartments. We had many questions about the neighborhood, resident parking, lease options and which apartment size might be the best fit for our lifestyle. Elizabeth was very professional and thorough in guiding us through the amenities and options available to us. This location has so many positive attributes.

Elizabeth is a great leasing manager. She listens well, and helps as much as che can. She is very friendly happy, and energetic.

I had a wonderful experience touring. Rory was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire tour. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area especially stood out—it’s clean, inviting, and looks like a great place to relax and enjoy. Cash does a great job! Overall, the property has a great atmosphere and is clearly well cared for. I am planning on signing a lease asap!

What an amazing place to be! Elizabeth is an amazing manager.

Moved here 4 months ago and so far this place is great! There’s some traditional apartment stuff to deal with, but I like the location, the amenities are taken care of well (dog park still needs some work). There’s residents are respectful, the convenience of downtown is awesome and for everything you get, this place is super affordable! Shout out to the new maintenance crew Phil and Cash. They’re diligent and have been on point with all maintenance requests and take each one seriously. Elizabeth is a great PM. She runs a tight ship and does a great job here.

Moved here from Denver in February and it’s been a breath of fresh air, even after the staffing change - this place has held up really well and they’ve taken care of their residents. The manager is a gem and she really works hard. Cash is such a sweetheart and you can tell he takes pride in his work around the property. Rory is always so nice on the phone and willing to help. Any issue I’ve had or even a simple question I just text the office and I get a text back super fast. I had a leak in my ceiling and Cash reassured me that it’s fixed (with proof) and he even got my chihuahua to like him (and my chihuahua hates everyone). Everyone here really works hard and you can tell they want the residents to be happy here. Honestly the best apartment we’ve lived at in years.
