I realized while living at Lincoln Place , apartment life isn't for everyone. My frustration that came in with the fact that this apartment community is advertised as "luxury living". Yes there are nice tubs, And you have beautiful finishes. But I have certain expectations when that is being advertising. There is a lack of security in the parking garages and the building. Homeless people loitering in the mailroom and sleeping at the bottom of the staircase, I had one incident , when someone even walked into my home ( and if my dog hadn't been well trained, it would have ended differently) . My car was hit several times in the parking garage and I was told by management to file a police report.(which does not cover the damage done to my car) I am all for pet friendly communities but they need to be kept clean there is no reason why the same dog is peeing down flights of stairs that have cameras, and it's still continues. There are good features about this apartment community but with all the negative experienced, It have had made it difficult to enjoy it.

Beautiful place

Do not recommend! Fire alarms go off at random hours of the night for no reason. So, if you were looking for a place you could sleep in this is NOT IT. Maintenance never comes even if you file a maintenance request.

I'm pretty sure I have permanent hearing damage from how often the fire alarms go off.

The fire alarm system has been going off four plus hours on a Saturday morning. Unsure how this is even possible??

Do you like fire alarms? I mean, truly love fire alarms? Even several times a day and at any given time?! Then stop looking, this is the place for you!! The alarms will come in waves too, which is exciting. There might be a few quiet weeks, but then with out fail the first one will go off. Then later that day, another! Followed by two or three more that week! THEN the building says they need to test them again the following week!! Did they not just work the other day? Or have they been faulty this whole time? The alarms go off so often we got an email after the latest 2am round of sirens that someone disconnected theirs! Genius and inspiring! There has been no indication these alarms will not blare MERCILESSLY if needed. Though there has also been no indication there has ever even been a real fire. You'd also think being across the street from the fire dept would shorten the duration of the alarms, but this is never the case.

We've lived here at Lincoln Place for 11 years now, and we plan to stay for the foreseeable future. Walkability in the neighborhood is the best in the area, and the staff is really great, friendly and super helpful. Our manager Elizabeth always makes time to talk with residents and keeps us all up to date, and her assistant Lisa is also so helpful with everything. We have a great maintenance guy, Mike, who really cares about keeping the place up and does a fantastic job. Living here has really worked out well for us.
