Update: the manager of this community is now recklessly towing everyone in response. Your vehicle will not be safe here.
This is not a luxury community. if you tour the garage at night you will see a large majority of work trucks from manual laborers. They often struggle to park in one spot due to poor design of the garage, or lack of training of the driver. The rest of the building is caked with grime and animal urine. About half of the buildings "secure" doors are broken and do not automatically shut. This means the building is left totally unlocked if your neighbors are too deft to shut the door behind them. Most are. Oh, and for several years the gate code has been the zipcode, and yes all the local vagrants know this.

Firstly, it's apartment living. It's not for everyone and your experience is largely reflected by your neighbors.
The community at Lincoln on a whole is good but my wife and I had our issues with loud neighbors at times and some tenants who neglected to respect the communal spaces. There are many dogs at the apartment with a dog run for all to use. Unfortunately, often (and likely the same habitual tenants) would not clean up their dogs waste leaving the area soiled. At times, waste would even show up on the stairs or hallway without being cleaned the the owners. We felt for these dogs as it likely reflects the level of care they receive in the home but there is no excuse for not cleaning up after your pet in these spaces.
The management changed over our one year lease. Initially, Vickie was wonderful, kind and always responsive. Unfortunately, she has since left. Kelly, the prior manager, was unresponsive and had no people skills. She was quite frustrating but luckily she has left and now Michelle, the new manager, seems much more responsive and kind.
The finishes within the apartment are rather standard for a premium price. Our balcony was huge, but unfortunately located off of Lincoln and 6th so the traffic noise made it almost unusable for our enjoyment.
On a whole, Lincoln has a wonderful location but more community standards and accountability would go a long way.

Updated: It is becoming obvious this building is using the pandemic as an excuse to longer provide ANY amenities. Prices have not decreased and there is no indication amenities are no returning any time soon. Gym is unusable, lounge is physically locked, coffee machine has had a sign since March, and pet messes everywhere and everyday. If we can all touch the same elevator buttons and door handles, pretty sure we can use the coffee machine too... that's ok though, I'll keep paying for what is no longer provided.
Previous: There is no longer a 24/7 gym, though it is still being advertised. The first floor lounge has not been reopened. Pool access is extremely limited. Not as nearly as 'secure' of a building as advertised. The front staff is reasonable and understanding, but there seems to be serious disconnect with the owners.
If the landlord side of leases are not being met, tenants should not be expected to either. As it becomes more known what guidelines and restrictions must be implemented and what can no longer be provided, adjustments to rental costs should be made accordingly.
Pro's: my view, location
Con's: no more amenities, stairwells repeatedly covered in feces and urine, homeless sleeping in mail room and stairwells, overpriced valet trash and parking, distant and very disconnected owners (Edit: yes, I had already spoken to the office prior to writing this first review)

DO NOT LIVE HERE.. My wife was recently bit by a dog at this apartment September 2020. The owner ran of without giving us his contact information or the dogs vaccination records. I contacted the apartment manager about the incident and they can't even get back to me on whether the dog is properly vaccinated to live in the complex. I have been blown of and now I am spending over $10000 in medical bills to get her treated for everything because they ignored me.
