Please don’t rent here. And please. Read all this review. There is so much wrong about this apartment complex. I’ve tried working with leasing staff, regional managers, and AMC corporate. This is the worst place to live. -the doors are NOT secure. They will make you pay for a fob and sell you on security but the doors are all broken and not fixed no matter how many times we complain. -random people live in the building. I’ve called the police many times because there are non residents living in the common areas of our apartment who are NOT friendly or safe. They have threatened residents and nothing happens. -the apartment is not ADA compliant. The elevators are constantly broke. Just this morning I had to call the fire department because a 97 year old women was trapped in the lobby and could not take the stairs. When I called emergency maintenance (first) they actually yelled at me for reporting it and told me they “can’t just snap their fingers and make it work”. I told them about the residents waiting in the cold and they couldn’t care less. After talking to the residents this morning I can to found out this happens all the time and this same resident has been trapped for up to three hours multiple times a week. -the apartment is not maintained. I can give you examples of finding dog and human poop in stairwells/common areas/walkways etc., for days. We pay close to $30 / month for valet trash (with no way to opt out) and the trash is constantly not being picked up and trash shoots are overflowing with garbage - which makes the entire community smell. I’ve submitted many maintenance requests for my building that are not completed but marked as so. I’ve attached a few pictures but that isn’t even the half of it. I would be happy to share my experiences with anyone who is looking at renting here. I have so many photos and emails and recorded attempts to make this better.

Hi, since the leasing staff won’t answer mine or my boyfriends calls or emails, I decided to try here. Oh, and just to clarify. I’ve lived here since 2018 and this has been a consistent issue. We just resigned a lease and I DEEPLY regret that decision. Leasing - do you mind answering my requests/questions at all? Honestly I don’t care if you have a solution for me that day. The fact that you can’t even acknowledge me is getting ridiculous. Can’t wait to hear from ya!

I love living here. The one suggestion I have is about communication - I think it could be better, as in the recent water issues. I think it would have been helpful if you had put out information about what was going on and what was being done about it instead of letting the rumor mill give out information. Thanks for all you do! As an update, I think that the communication and attempts to enhance resident relations have been excellent . I have really appreciated the notices about events, and the social events! I recently had issues with my washing machine and I was very appreciative of the help I got from the office and maintenance staff

UPDATE: 3 months in and I still absolutely love this place!! I love Garage parking! The 2 best things about our community is that it's Non-Smoking and the entire building is Secure! The feeling of being safe and knowing that people can't just come to my door whenever they want is extremely important to me just as well as no smoking. I have Asthma so this was very important in my decision making as well. The staff is still the most amazing group of people I have ever came across when living in an apartment. Every place I have lived the staff was amazing until you sign the lease but not here! They have all stayed consistent with change no ups! I couldn't have asked for anything better! I just moved in about a week ago and so far I absolutely love it here. Stephanie and Michelle in the office are both so sweet, friendly and have definitely made me feel like family so far. I feel like I have known them for years. Lol It's really important to me to feel like family and not just a renter or unit #. They keep us updated by email about everything which I absolutely love! They have fun contests and activities through out the month. I hope they have some contests and stuff where we can meet our neighbors and be a little competitive at the same time. ?? I would even be happy to help plan stuff to bring us together as a community! I absolutely love Garage parking! The best part is the entire building is secure! Now like I said I have only been here a week so if things head south I will definitely update lol but I definitely don't see that happening.

The property management is changing all of the time. Smoking in and around the building is rampant. Prices are though the roof.
