They will come after you for "damage" and "cleaning fees" to the tune of 2500.00, this is how they upgrade the outdated apartments... believe me I have exit...

I lived at Lincoln Place for ~ 4 years. Office and maintenance staff were great and took good care of my unit. The biggest issue I faced were the Inconsiderate pet owners who didn't clean up after their pets. Animal urine and feces would sometimes remain in the stairwells for days. Gross.

The maintenance team is friendly, professional and quick to respond. Appreciate their support. The leasing staff was also responsive and very professional. Michelle leased my apt to me and made the process easy.
