Only 2 problems excessive fire alarms and increase in rent every year. Not a bad place to live, friendly staff awesome location..five stars if the 2 problems were fixed.

Overall management is terrible. Can't get maintenance done in a timely manner and promises are made but not kept by management. Their trash policy is a joke and promotes an unhealthy condition.
