Management is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We signed our lease months ago, confirmed our move in date four separate times, and are now being told they don’t have a lease on file, AND we have to move in early or lose the unit we’ve had locked down since March. Management is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We signed our lease months ago, confirmed our move in date four separate times, and are now being told they don’t have a lease on file, AND we have to move in early or lose the unit we’ve had locked down since March. I have called about 20 times at various times during business hours over the past 3 days and no one has answered or returned voicemails. Update 5/13/2022: Still cannot get ahold of Lincoln Place, still calling at various times throughout the day. No answers and no returned calls.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but Lincoln Place Apartments has been incredibly unprofessional and difficult to deal with. From the very first week I was trying to sign the lease, the office has been nearly impossible to get a hold of. They don't answer the phone during work hours, don't answer emails, and even when I show up to the physical office during their working hours the door is locked. They've overcharged me on rent two months in a row and are putting me through a long process of getting those charges reversed. The maintenance staff never comes on time, the list honestly goes on. This is the first bad review I've left on google, but I'm hoping it will bring attention to the management company that they should deal with business professionally. If I don't act professionally in my job, I get fired and I expect the same from them... That being said, the location in Loveland is ideal.

Zero stars. Do NOT waste your time here. Management will ruin your living experience. Was ok 4 years ago, now it’s dog doo doo, every where in almost every way. Even when it’s not there’s the smell of it which is enough to gag an iron stomach. Perhaps you like black water from the kitchen faucet and $400+ electric bills for A/C that doesn’t work. BTW the water heater heats your apartment and they haven’t replaced those in 10 years and have no plans to anytime soon.

The air conditioning has been broken since the fall of last year and they promised to fix it when it was spring, because it's been a month and they still haven't fixed it. Inside the apartment it has been 87 degrees much hotter than outside. and they still don't fix it.
