I love this place. For me the location alone makes this place invaluable. Being able to walk places is wonderful. I love the amenities. I love that I feel safe here. I donât think I couldâve picked a better home.

We moved in 5 months ago. We really like the secure environment, the convenience to our favorite restaurants and the friendly staff. Liz has been very helpful with all of our concerns. We are very happy here! Glad we chose this to be our home over all of the rest.

The location is great and maintenance handles issues fine mostly. However, the office administration suffers from massive turnoverâ¦about five management shifts in four years. Prospective renters should be highly cautious of the sudden spike in recent five-star reviews naming specific staff members; these do not reflect the disorganized and negative reality of dealing with the current front office.

I truly love living here! The location is amazing, especially if you enjoy being in the middle of downtown. There is so much within walking distance, which makes it incredibly convenient. The management and maintenance teams are also super nice, friendly, and always great to work with. Overall, Iâve had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others!

. I have lived here twice. I plan to stay as long as I can. I love the convenience of it being downtown. The covered parking is great, especially in the winter .

Iâve lived at Lincoln Place Apartments for about five months, and the downtown Loveland location is one of its many great attribute's. The area offers so much convenience, with plenty of nearby amenities and attractions. Iâve also noticed an improvement in the maintenance service. Elizabeth, the manager, works hard to keep everything running smoothly and to respond to residentsâ needs. Lincoln Place a great place to live, tha apartments are very spacious.
