We've lived here for just over a year. The apartment management is great! So easy to get hold of, they're always willing to help as they can and they often host fun little activities for the community. The amenities, like the community room are very nice and I've rented it out twice for private parties. It was just a deposit to use, which was refunded each time. Great location and, if you like going out for breakfast, they have literally the best Loveland breakfast spot on the ground floor.

Its a really lovely place to live! The staff are kind, the matinence crew are quite nice individuals and are quick to help with anything going wrong, and its impossible to beat the location! They also host complex-wide events that are quite a bit of fun!

Employees Elizabeth (Property Manager) and Lisa are kind, compassionate, conscientious, and willing to go above and beyond to help. They were both very supportive through a challenging situation that was handled with integrity and heart. We are so grateful to be seen as humans rather than just customers. What is the point of having an office phone when no one answers it or bothers calling back? Even emails. We’ve lived here for years and this hasn’t been this big of an issue before. Here’s an issue that we’ve tried calling multiple times to report, we have even tried to go down stairs in person but the office door is locked and closed randomly. There is currently a homeless individual setting up shop next to the stairwell in the parking garage on P1 in the north east corner. This has been there for about two weeks.

I would rather live on the street. This complex is GARBAGE! If you value your future and your sanity. Choose any other place than this. Horrible management and they are a bunch of con artist and thieves and liars who care nothing about your well being in the complex. They hit you with charges on top of charges. They raise your rent, and then force you to pay it. My neighbors would smoke cigarettes outside and it would come into our apartment, the people above us would let their dog pee and poop outside on the balcony and then throw their dogs poop down on mine along with emptying their ashtrays on to my patio. I informed management MANY TIMES! They did nothing about it! I even called the cops because of it. Nothing was done. Not to mention when I left they hit my credit for damages and smoking. I don’t even smoke! And the apartment was not damaged! So if you want to live here, DONT! You will be very upset with your decision and wish you listened to my warning. This place is evil and greedy! They even tried to say I didn’t give them the keys back to the apartment when I left them on the kitchen counter with the door locked when I left. Then a year later I have a 6,000 dollar debt on my credit. I REPEAT! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Not to mention all the homeless people living and sleeping in the garage. I lived there for 2 years and my rent kept going up for fees that don’t even make sense and in the 2 years I was there, they had 3 different managers because they all sucked. You will not be happy here. At all!
